Vocast is a one-time $49 purchase with a 14-day, no-questions refund. If it does not fit your workflow, we refund you in full.

How to request a refund

Email support@vocast.me within 14 days of your purchase. No explanation needed. Include the email you used at checkout so we can find your order.

What you get back

A full refund of $49. Sales tax and VAT are reversed automatically by Polar, our merchant of record. The refund usually appears on your statement within a few business days.

What happens to your license

When we refund an order, your license key is revoked. The app locks itself the next time it is online and checks the key. Please stop using Vocast once refunded.

One-time purchase

Vocast is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel; a refund simply reverses the purchase.
